hii puys.
i have been a silent spectator to this thread for past 2 and a half year. puys i want some advice. i had been selected in union as a po this year. they gave me posting in ro itself. after being there for one and a half month i got to know that the person with whom i got to work i.e. the scale 2 officer is going to be transfered to some branch and i had to take care of all the work. since m new and i dont have sufficient knowledge of banking and the involvement of such a high amount of responsibility (i would be directly reporting to DGM,, GM and central office). i dont want to work in ro or atleast at this position. i asked the CM but he said i have to work here for atleast one year. he is not ready to give me transfer. what should i do puys. please help me out...

you may be right. i haven't checked the date of this article. but do you any idia regarding other associates as merger of any other associate is not mentioned in the article..

just wanna draw every buddy's attention to the date of the article. its feb 2011.. if the merger would have been in process than atleast 2-3 associates would have been merged till now..
so in my point of view we isn't going to be any merger soon...

my friend by mistake has added wrong date of birth in ibps 2 xm.. will it hamper his chance of giving the xm or will it not.. what else can happen with him..

dude u ll get to finish formalities on same day of reporting and then aftr signing the bond, u ll b provided ur branch name with 1-2 days to join the branch in Delhi Region dat means branch, working under delhi RO. not in RO itself.. n u ll nt get any formal training before..
u ll get training aftr 5-6 months of joining nd dat will b also of 2 weeks.. so frankly speaking dnt expect much frm training coz wen u ll b called 4 training, u wud have knwn everything from branch work...
u ll make learn everything in branch itself.. u ll get life lessons there

I have been selected in Union bank as a po.. they have alloted me Delhi ro and i have to report there by 7 april..
i want to know whether in this ro i will be provided with training and will remain in this ro for future.. or it is just for completing the formalities.. also there are some people that have been selected in union, belong to some other state and have been alloted some other state...
