Hi i am ruhi, can anyone please tell me that whether an mba(regular course) degree,awarded by punjab technical university,approved by aicte-ugc,ministry of hrd,govt. of india ..... will be valid or not? wil it be worth doing regular mba course under ptu? plz help me out...whether i should go for it or not?

I am waitlisted in NMIMS core and not expecting a convert but I have greater chances to convert HR...But what my query is that I have an inclination towards marketing or operations. As I am a fresher, I think that I should take up HR. But, I fear that in longer term, I may repent why I did not take up marketing or operations.

I am completely stuck what should I do. Moreover as I am a fresher, I dont know what I will have to do as HR manager. Though I know that HR manager is for recruitment, employee retention, but not from industrial or corporate point of view........
