@dj10888 I have received a mail to create my account in ERP of kharagpur. & it is written to generate a payslip to deposite fees at the time of admission... this payslip refers to whcih fees?
Please shed some light on it..

or should we send only by speed post?

Hi Seniors, Can you confirm us from the admission office the list of banks from which we can purchase DD , or the list of nationalized banks from which we can purchase DD ,

@legendtim : Is it must that the DD should be made from a nationalized bank??..I am planning to get the draft done from HDFC Bank.Should it suffice??..

dj10888 You can get your DD of Rs 150,000 made from either of the following banks : State Bank of India (SBI)Punjab National Bank (PNB)Bank of Baroda (BoB)IDBI BankSyndicate BankBank of India (BoI)Canara BankUnion Bank of India (UBI)Corporation BankBank of MaharashtraIndian Overseas BankOriental Bank of CommerceCentral Bank of IndiaDena BankAndhra BankUnited Bank of IndiaAllahabad BankIndian BankUCO BankVijaya BankTo add to that , do make sure that the bank from which you will get the DD made has atleast one branch at Kharagpur.I hope this info helps.

cloakanddagger What Abt state bank of travancore. They will mention drawee bank as state bank of India. Both natiknalised bank.

Sunando @goodprateek : I have read somewhere in this forum that some private couriers have pin code issues. It takes more time than usual to get it delivered.So, its better to send by speed post.

Guys it is mentioned in the official mail that we have to send DD n duly filled acceptance letter to institute before 10th May. What is this acceptance letter?
