i had attended d gd/pi session on 14th in kolkata...
i wud enumerate my experiences.....

first there ws a presentation session conducted by one of there ex-students [dat student claimed to hav been working wid L&T;,now he works for d welingkar network,later he wud again go 2 some company....]...bak to d presentation....it was abt welingkar....gives u d following details.....
institute
director[and his achievements]
trust[s.p. mandali' trust]
programs
special stress on retail management program[d one in collaboration wid pantaloons]...so a lot of queries asked on dis thread wud be answered
....

later d gd took place...
in kolkata there were 3 gd rooms....so dat may mean that there were 3 gd panels ....
in our panel...there were 3 moderators....
our topic was
"changes in the indian middle class"
it started lik a fish market....later it was fine and went on smoothly....

den there was the interview...
there were 12 interviews rooms....in some d panel consisted of only one man....in mine there were two...
i was asked...
why mba?
my family background?
why e-biz?...coz i had given dat option too....
why a.p.j. kalam as my idol?
shud stong academic background be a requisite?
dan there was a general talk abt ratan tata?
dey asked all d questions in the essay form....
it was quite a smooth enof interview...
it went on for arnd 15 mints..

we were [ i guess ] d last batch dat day...

den we had d psychometric test...there were 90 ques to be answered in 15 minutes....
all ques were statements....2 of dem in each .....n we had to choose d one of our liking....

Glad to know that its not just me who has this problem....I called up the welingkar people yesterday...they told me to mail them back at the address admissions@welingkar.org and tell them about the problem....they said that we should send them this request mail before 10th april...and then by 11th or 12th they will come out with the changed admit card...

Plz throw some light on the GDs dat might discussed.
As far as the interview is concerned do we need to go thru all dat we had written in the essay form only..

I have been shortlisted for the gd/pi process..and I came to know about it today itself..
In the application form I had given "KOLKATA" as my preferred centre though,but the welingkar ppl seem to have given "BANGALORE" as my centre..
IS THERE ANYONE WITH THE SAME KINDA PROBLEM???????
