I would say UBI. There are 2 schemes offered by UBI. One with a fixed rate of interest of 10.75% and another one at floating rate with base rate + 0.5% i.e. 11% at present.
CBI offers just at floating rate of interest i.e. at same rate of base rate + 0.5%.
On a personal note, I would opt for a fixed rate of interest as the loan repayment can take upto 7 years and there is so much fluctuations in the bank rates and I dont think that the bank rate would go lower than 10.25% for a long duration in those 9 years (2+7).

Documents Needed at the Time of Admission It is important that the following documents (with atleast 3-4 Xerox Copies) be present with you at all point of time during your stay at IIM Raipur a) Proof Of Identity ( Passport, PAN Card, Driving License etc) b) Photographs (atleast 4) c) Proof of Residence ( Passport, Driving License, Rashion Card, Electricity Bills etc) d) Caste and Category Certificates ( wherever applicable) e) Xth and XIIth Marksheets and Passing Certificates f) Degree and Marksheets of All Semesters, Provisional Degree in case of freshers. g) Salary Slip and Offer Letter/ Relieving Letters from all previous organizations where you have worked. h) Certificates of Awards/Achievements during School, College, Work (People who have work-ex please try to get letters from HR for awards like Pat on the Back, Best Performer etc in case certificates are not available) Getting letters from Concerned Person/HR now is a good idea as you will need them during the Summers Placement Process else mentioning them as achievements on CV will not be possible. i) Any declarations/affidavits that may be mentioned by IIM Raipur.

I can't get the relieving letter until end of July as I am getting released from my present company on 28th June...What other proof I can give?????
