Got time, sharing my interview experience in Axis Bank-

My interview timing was 4.pm but it started around 5.pm.
Receptionist(lady) announced my name"pls go".
I opened the door,"may i come in sir"
1 of interviewer replied, "NO" :o
nd said we will call u, just wait outside.
Immediately i closed the door.
aur fir main door k pass hi rakhi chair pr baith gya receptionist k ishare se.(Mujhe us lady pr thoda sa gussa aaya ki abhi andar se call bhi nahi aayi aur is buddhu ne jabardasti andar bhej diya.

After 10 minutes 1 interviewer came out nd called me.
there were three mail intrvwr(all mail)
May i sit, sir,
ya of course
thankyou sir.
M1: He was almost 30-32, M2(middle):50-55, M3:35-45(right) heavy weight looking very strict.
When i was waiting outside ,we can easily listen there discussion when spoken loudly.
We(waiting candidates) analyzed, every interview is going on fire after 3 to 4 minutes.
I suppose they r taking stress interviews as suggested by Abhisheck Dada that these days banks conduct "stress interview".(Aisa lg rha tha andar torture kiya ja rha hai
M3 said(with an eye on my documents in his hand):Tell me about urslf
Me:told in between he interrupted,
M3: tell me abt ur family.
Me:Sir my father is in railways,He is..(interrupt)
M3:So he travels a lot
Me:Yes sir.told abt full family.he wrote these things on front page of my job application form nd stood up nd moved outside the room.
M1(Young 1):So Nadeem who is the vice-president of India.
Me:AAAAAAAAAA Hamid mr. hamid ansari.
M1:nd who is the speaker of loksabha
me:Miss.Meera kumar
m1:rajya sabha?
me: Same Mr. hamid ansari
M1:ok, what is the qualification criteria to become speaker of Rajya sabha?
me:Sir, 1.he should be the member of rajya sabha.
2. he should be appointed by president.
M1:This is not qualification, every one in the parliament is appointed by president.
Me:Yes Sir, U r right, 3. age should be more than 35(Though i was not sure,but its correct)
they were only watching me, no expression whether i m right or wrong so it was very difficult to understand whether i m speaking in right direction or not.
So told them-
Me:sir i forgot exact criteria i think 1 is remaining.:banghead::banghead:

M2:What is ur stream of engineering ?
Me:Electronics & Instrumentation.
M2:Nd u did it from college,what u said earlier.....Babuuuuu.
Me:its babu banarsi das institute of technology.
M2: who was he?
Me:chief minister of u.p in the era of 1975.
M2:nd nw who is managing this college. His generations???
Me:Yes sir.........his generations r now managing it?
M2:Chairman/
Me:AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, (it is something aggarwal i forgot the full name coz he hardly comes to college) so said R.S agarwal

M1:ur hobby
Me:Playing games specially cricket
M1:Ok,so did u watch world cup?
me:yes sir
M1:tell us indian playing 11 in wld cp.
me:Dhoni,sehwag,kohli,yuvraj,raina,harbhajan, zaheer,sachin nnnnnnd
M1:ok ok
M1:why do u want to come in bank?
Me:After passing out i started preparing for MBA...Actually sir my %ile is good enough to get a very good college but as i missed government college by 1 mark so i will wait 4 next 4 months 2 get a government clg because of its quality nd affordable fees, if not got than i will join Pvt. college.Nd sir as besides mba i m also preparing 4 Banking sector so in axis both of my aim will be achieved firmly.
M2:But here is also investment.
Me:But sir its domain mba with job in country's leading bank.
M2;ok, Nadeem, If we will give u only degree not assured job than what will u do?
Me:than i will not join but will sit again for next batch after 4 months if nt selected in govt. college.
M1:but if selected here nd after sometime u would hv been selected in govt. clg than ?
Me:why should i switch here to there?it is not good 4 my career.I m sitting here means i will work in bank if selected. Ultimetly everyone needs job.
(Seems all satisfied)
M1:so frm which subject should we ask 2 u?
Me:As i m appearing for bank's interview,u can ask me frm banking sector.
M1:ok,so what is bank?
Me:Bla Bla Bla.
M1:Role of RBI
Me:1. Issuing of currency......2. guidelines 4 banks .......3. central bank ............bla bla.
M1:hw many nationalised banks r there?
Me:aaaaaaaa 19 no no 27 including sbi nd assosiates of sbi
M1:Why u separated Sbi?
Me:sir, it seems Sbi is different
M2:Smiled.
than u tell me what is the meaning of nationalised bank.
Me:Told.
M2:Difference b/w PVT. nd nationalised.
Me:Sir previously all banks were pvt. than Indra Gandhi did nationalise all.Nationalised banks hv governments stake more than 51%
in pvt. Less than 49%
M2:Acchaaa,pvt. mein government stake hota hai.Kahan se padha hai tumne, ye btao kis book se padhe ho.
Me:mujhe to aisa hi likhwaya mere mentor ne. Maine poocha bhi tha........
M1:Chlo science se pooche kuch.
Me:ok
M1:what is acid and base.(poocha bhi to chemistry :wow:)
Me:Hcl is acid, H2so4 is aaaaaaaaaaa(i did not want to be wrong)
So told i dont know sir.
M2:Achha computer ki full form btao......engineering ki hai tumne aakhir :splat:
Me:told immediately.
M2:ye tumhe kisi ne bahr bta to nahi diya.
Me:No sir, ye mujhe pta hai.
yahan se jo bahar jata hai na
wo bohot dra dra rhta hai
kisi ko kuch btata nahi hai.
M1 and M2:both start laughing nd keep laughing.
M2:what do u know abt axis bank?
Me:Told fully
M2:Ceo?
Me:ceo sir i was searching it on website but i was attracted by other stuffs of banks.
M2:like
Me:car loan home loan with very good pictures.
Again they laugh
Me:but sir i know of icici........chanda kochar.
nd K.v kamat has also come in icici
M2:kahan se aaye
Me:infosys se
M2:Kahin ulta to nahi bol rhe.
Me:NO sir, i m correct(I said despite i was little bit confused)
M2:Accha TATA ,tata ka kaun bna hai.
Me:Mistri hai,(here naturally my smile increased)
Now M3 Came. He was sitting nd M2 said: Will u survive in banking. aap ghr se bahar zyada gye to ho nahi ghaziabad k alawa.
Me:sir,i dont hv any kind of problem regarding location as far as my move ment is concern i hv been in Ahmedabad 4 my training..i hv been in kerala...shimla, allahabad nd i lived there 4 some time.
Puys/Luys:i hv forgot abt what hpnd when M3 came, at that time i was talking about AtM expansion plan of Axis bank..
nd than "M3" starts giving his logic to me.
Now it has become a general talk.......abt pvt and pSbs working culture.
At 1 point i said," pvt. banks r smart......than again M3:giving his opinion to me(but i was hardly listening his points this time, looking 4 my next sentence.)
M2 to M3 nd M1: Do u need to ask anything more, is it enough?
M3:yes(here they were looking at each other, surely with some indications)
M2:u r frm saharanpur na......there is a place famous 4 ghost etc.
Me:i dont think sir
M3:arey wo to balaji mein hai na
M2:something deoband.
Me:Oh,no sir it is misconception about that city.
Log samjhte hain deoband means jahan Devo ko bannd kr liya gya ho.
But i hv also gone there nd at deoband railway station. I saw a very ancient temple.There r some manuscripts,nd its mentioned over there, name of the place as Dev vrnd means devon ka vrandavan as time passed it converted to deoband as like many other indian cities.
M1:to mtlb aisa kuch nahi hai.
Me:No sir, aisa kuch ho bhi nahi sakta aur aisa kuch hai bhi nahi.:cheers:

Me:Thankyou sir.

My interview went approx. 40-45 minutes.
I hv forgot sm of the questions nd discussions.
It was smooth not stressed may be coz M3 moved out of the room.
I hope it will be definitely helpful for aspirants.

frankly speaking yaar IBPS ke chakkar mein maine koi company join nahi ki.. ab ek saal hone ko hai degree khatam hue ko... agar ek saal mein job na ki toh phir experienced logon ke saath interview wahaan toh kaam banne se raha....

i resign frm my job with the thought that will give 19 exams next year.
They changed policy, i screwed up.
this single exam is not a good idea for so many people who r looking for job

aur bhai saab bahut din baad kya haal chaal sbi asso ka kya result raha aur csb ki koi khabar

UPPER AGE LIMIT IS 30 YEARS

Congrats as u did through sbi.

csb wale behosh ho gye lgta hai.........next year fir se vacancy nikalenge coz after sometime every 1 will be selected somewhere

Passing these exam ur salary get increment,
On passing JAIIB ,, clerks & officers will get 1 increment in their basic
On passing CAIIB,,, clerks will get 2 increments & officer get 1 increment in their Basics

To Pass CAIIB,,one must have to pass JAIIB...exams conduct in MAY & NOV in a year,,

for appearing in these exam one have to take Ordinary Membership from IIBF,One Time Life Membership Fee for Ordinary Membership is Rs.1500/-for the applicants from India. For Overseas applicants, the fee is US $150/-. (form attached)

than u will get membership no & can apply for JAIIB ,,

Indian Institute of Banking & Finance - Exam - Schedule

To pass JAIIB or CAIIB their are 3 papers in both ....TIME 2hour

JAIIB ::::: each having 120 ques of 100 marks,, some qs may be of 0.50 mark,, some of 1 mark,, some of 2 marks;;;
1) principal & practice of banking
2) Accounts & Finance for banking
3) Legal & Regulatory aspects of banking

CAIIB ::::: 100 qs of 100 marks
1) Adavanced banking Management
2) Banking Financial Management
3) optional paper .. any of following

you have to get 50 marks out of 100 marks in each paper to pass individually..
If you have all the three papers with together than you may be pass also if you manage min 45 marks in each paper & 50 % marks in aggregate means min 150 score in total of 300 . (((( NO negative marking at all ))))

you will get 4 chances to pass JAIIB or CAIIB in consecutive 2 year.... per 2 chance you have to pay fee : 2100/- for JAIIB,,, 2800/- for CAIIB.
your chances will start from the date to next 2 years on the date you applied for any EXAM.... if you will not get success to clear in 2 year than you have to get a fresh MEMBERSHIP again again to pass exams,,,bt this is rare case.

Tips::::
1) there are 4-5 module in a paper,each module have some chapters...,read properly any 2-3 module...& for other module,, do only objective questions given at last in every chapter.
2)Buy Workbook,, & learn all objective questions given in it.
3)Attempt all questions,,if you are sure that 38-40 ques are correct than mark the same option in rest questions.

Using these tricks even you nt prepare well.. u can go through also.

Can Employees of member of IIBF only sit 4 these exams?
If yes than which banks r member of iibf?
I m planning to do post graduate diploma in banking services from manipal by AXis bank........thats why i need information.

I have got confirmation of selection in Axis bank. Arey wahi manipal

Now serious concern:i know some of the senior puys r active here so can suggest me better.

Actually i m not able to understand its compensation break up.it is as-

Total pay= fixed cash+retirals+performance bonus=23059/month.......fine
but next it says-

Loan benefit(As per staff loan rules)=5470/month ?

what is this?

And that they add it to total pay than convert it in to CTC= 28,529/month.

PF deducted from employee gross salary will be 12 % of (Basic +DA)....the same amount that is 12 %(Basic+DA) is added by employeer.

Now as per ur example If ur gross salary is 24000 and PF for 1 mnth is 4000 then u will get (24000-4000) = 20000 pm.

Also ur employer will add 4000 to ur deduction so total amount deposited in PF acc will be 8000.On which u will get intrest at rate of 9.5%.

to hum salary ko 24000 ki jagah 28000 kyun nahi bolte
aur agr CTC say 3.5lakh hai to is case mein bhi ye funda apply hota hai kya jo apne btaya.thoda confusion hai

How PF cuts from our salary?
If 24000 is monthly salary then PF cuts something like half of employee and half of company's contribution,is it so?
If total PF for 1 month is 4000 than what will be salry? 22000 or 20000.
i think its easily understandable what i want 2 say
