Topic 1: is the decision by the maharashtra govt to ban the use of plastic bags too harsh?

for sum strange reason topic 1 was chosen although T2 seemed way better

out of 12 9 present...3 members on the panel....discussion began well but later turned into a fish market of sorts with everyone vying to be heard, all of us spoke except for one guy....

finally after 14 mins 2 mins given to conclude the gd....

wish dere was majority 4 T2....:banghead:

PI: 2 members...both males...
surprisingly no quest on gk, current affairs, why mba, etc..
was asked to talk bout myself, sum work related quest, my journey to the gd/pi venue, n rest of the quest were oly bout the state i belong to...

all in all pi was k....

tips: be prepared for any kinda quest cos i guess pumba has extempore kinda pi's. for the GD grab the chance to spk cos if u dont u wil not get one...

hey puys hi..... i hav a query, a rather important one... i hav secured 95.11 percentile in mhcet with 100 marks n i think i can secure another 32 out of 40.... well i hav also got admission for XIME Bangalore....

hence im in a fix wether is it worth dumpin XIME for may be sies or dalmiya or xaviers or the odr clgs?

n which clgs do i hav chance of makin thru even in the last round of admsns?

do i stand even a bleak chance at welingkar? im an oms candidate....

i think the no security clause is for loans upto rs 4l, above dat the security clause applies...as for the rate its 12.50% for above 7 lacs....payment period is from 2 to 7 years after securin a job or completion of 1 yr of takin the loan watever is first...

Din ask the placement figures, they wer happy wid the profiles, apparently ppl wer placed wid a good profile. The dean also said that ab t 50 companies came to the college to recruit 109 students...taht speaks volumes abt a college's reputation...

Guys another thing i wud like to highlight abt b-skool placements in india is that "COLLEGE PLACEMENT IS A STUDENT INITIATIVE" so its upto the placement committee to make sure that the students get a good package..
and obviously up to the student how well he negotiates wid the company to give him a particular pay.

hmmm...u rite... so is it dat for a particular batch, the students of dat batch bring in d companies? if its yes den wat is the criterion to be a part of the placement commitee?
