i just one small query..know it wud be a mere speculation right now coz we dont have the official statement yet but nevertheless udnt wait to ask u puys...

assuming that its 50% marks in Graduation courses to apply for CAT..now wud that mean that they will not allow final yr students/students expecting final results coz as I see it..till this year it wudnt have been a problem coz someone who was a final yr student awaitin his results wud clear the GD/PI and then could provide the marksheet/document before the stipulated time to submit the documents without worryin much of gettting either 49% or 50% in his Graduate course.He just has to provide a marksheet.

Now,if 50% is the eligibility, then how would IIMs allow a student who is awaitin his results and wat if after joinin any IIM he gets less than 50%..He would be kicked out for sure even though he has cleared the Graduation course.How are they going to go abt students who are doin/awaitin final yr results.

I know mayb im missin something here or mayb im thinkin too much..neways

BLACK again is one movie with impressed and touched me..specially the last scene where Rani finally graduates n then meets Amitabh..rocking scene!! Only Amitabh and Rani could have done this..

n ofcourse the most tear jerkin event wud be the match b/w India n Srilanka(dnt remember where it was played) where India were bundled out for 54..i guess it was the next day after diwali and i had kept few crackers so that i could burst them after the match..bahhh..wat a pity:satisfie:

been a couple of days nows since i visited this thread..with sensex scaling new highs everyday..just to need to be sure if i want to remain invested in couple of the stocks which are in my portfolio...got decent gains till now..

hmm,..interesting question.well,i have not lost anything at all! i know it sounds cliche but i have understood one thing and that is that life is beyond an MBA tag..i can blame my destiny,badluck and so on ..but all that it is just speculative..sure i was heartbroken after CAT for few days, sure i felt really bad when scores came out but has that changed me..i guess not. im still the same..i still have dreams and still have the fire in me to go for it..the only thing CAT has done for me is given an opputunity to think about who i am...mayb im not yet prepared for doing an MBA. i have always believed that doing an MBA shudnt be hyped at all but sadly enuf everyone is going for it and they fail to understand that this is not a grad course which is kinda complulsory but its a course which shud be done if one is prepared for it..

I know for sure that I would have my chance someday and mayb yes MBA might not be what im supposed to do.I will find my own way

i would keep on learning from my mistakes and would improve myself so that i can become helpful to the society in every sense. i know sounds philosphical but i find it practical for me

really cant understand this sugar industry and this sudden interest in sugar shares..neways can't complain coz bought 30 Simbhaoli Sugar @ 113 and now its arnd 144 levels...just saw on CNBC that the co. is going ahead with GDR plans..mayb this would flare up the prices tomm..

guys..i have got 100 Rana Sugars@ 48.95 and now its abt 51.70..is it a good idea to get out of Rana and get some more of Simbhaoli Sugars and mayb also Balrampur Chini coz this might touch new levels this week..also have got some 50 ITC @ 147.90..with thier Q3 results quite good with abt 20% profit(if i remember correctly) .. i knw that they have major expansion plans with entry into shampoo and other products....do u guys think i shud be sticking to it for couple of months or shud i get out it..

wat the scene with ICICI Bank..they are on a southward trip right now..have lost money on this..thought that this wud be a good buy but have already lost abt 1000+ on this..bought this at arnd 615 level and now its down to 573

i think it wud be a good buy for the long term.However, with so many FM stns with which it will have to compete with in the near future coz it radio business runs on advertising and Radio Mirchi wud have to fight for its share in the local market..i think its little bit overpriced at the price band of Rs.144-162..but as said above ..good for long term investment since event management and out-of-home advertisement is still is a nascent stage here...

all i can say is:

VA/RC was French for me

DI/LR was German for me

QA was Chinese for me..

wat are they trying to prove by setting such paper...
