for those of u who r on the merit list.. why dun u look at it dis way..... no other college has a spot offer kind of a thing happening...around 60 seats and around 200 call getters. all on the same level..sounds tough maybe but maybe all u need is a different perspective to make these 2 days a little easier on u...i do not know if thinking like this helps...cuz i knw id have been a nervous wreck if i ws on d merit list..but good luck u guys....

i cannot even begin to imagine wht u guys must be going through nw... knowing the kind of person i am it would have been too damn difficult....plus my interview ws in d first day itself.. all d best guys... hope ull make it through ...if u really want it as bad as i wanted it.....n i hope to be rubbing shoulders with such optimistic enthusiastic people this year.....my prayers and best wishes are with ull..tc.:-)

@ leo gayathri & Jugalt..: whn i ws strolling in the campus i peeped into an empty open room n there ws just one single bed... but then i only looked into one room so i dun quite knw. we'll just hv to wait and find out.

@ karan 1987: it was just a confirmation mail no call letter. i assume the call letter will be couriered to u by blue dart itself... i dun remember wht time i recieved the mail cuz i check my mail only in the nights

n i jus got a mail a few hrs ago confirming the receipt of my payment.. my DD ws delivered on saturday afternoon. todays monday.. so im assuming ull have to wait for the next working day

got my answer: no dress code. this ques came due to sheer curiosity coz many pg level institutes sort of put up these directives. once again, thnks and yeah- quite an oxymoronic ques on my part :)

hey i sent my DD.. calld up d blue dart guys n they gave me a confirmation dt it reached...so yea.. i havnt received anything yet from MICA

it felt so good to be finally meeting you on tuesday..& sorry about calling the not selected guys rejects.. i myself realized it sounded very harsh...i would definitely not have liked to be called that.

Also ma'am, i was too distracted after the spot offer announcements were made. All i know is that we have to send in our our fees of 50000 by the the 16th of this month.
would u be kind enough to tell us about the same or will we be receiving a mail from MICA instructing us about what needs to be done.
this is what i would like to know.
- the fees need to be sent by cheque or DD
- what name do we write on the cheque/DD
- is it enough if we just write our names and our Mica id behind it so that you know who has sent it.
-would Mica be giving us any confirmation on receiving our cheque?

i have a few other questions as well about living in the campus like is there a bank close to the campus . where do we withdraw money from if we need to and where do we buy our daily necessities etc. but maybe you can answer these questions once you'll finalize the list of admitted students.
