How far off is UBS is from the rlwy station me coming by KLKA SHTBDI @1100hrs and the intv is scheduled at 1230 hrs Hope its less than an hour of travel...Whats the best conveyance?Auto/taxi/Jag XJB........?
Also wapsi things at 1640hrs so how long does the whole process take(am an idiot so please try to give simple answers/deirections...)
Any pagal scheduled for the same slot?

Dude,

As far as the distance from railway station to PU is concerned, its around 10kms. Take an auto and u should reach the venue in around half an hour from there.


About the duration of the process, i obviously have no idea.

For catastrophe:

qa cutoff was 90 last year and most probably same trend will be followed this time too...so i beleive it is a very dicey case...but who knows, the overall %ile is good and work ex is also sufficient, so just keep the fingers crossed!

Conversely, I feel that the CAT cutoff here might go down or stabilize at this 97%ile. Number of people giving CAT is not the only consideration. It also depends upon toughness level of the paper, which was considerably higher as compared to last year. Many folks are not at all serious contenders at CAT, just side-show men, "also rans". Then about 6000 applications were rejected because these folks were probably undergrads, trying to tame the CAT even before they finished UG, hence could not have attached their graduation certificate photocopies. A host of uncertain variables are involved, perhaps only the IIMs' are privy to such data.

MDI has no plans to increase pgpm batch size this year. So roughly 1000 GD/PI calls will be given like last year. Now the first 2 percentile means around 3000 students, and the no. of applications to MDI has considerably increased this year. So taking all these factors into consideration there is no chance of percentile cutoff going down, it would in all probability go up.
