CTC as you correctly mentioned, stands for Cost to Company. What it really means is the total cost that the company would incur on you. which includes a lot of things along with the salary and incentive (if any) that you make.

Have a very similar profile to yours: UG from DU, PGDBM from IIM, FMCG for 3 yrs and now handling imports in africa. OK, so the last part is not very similar, but still.

1. How many hours you will need to prepare depends on your current level of prep and your target. eg, in case you are already well versed with the format & quest types, you can manage with 3 hours...
