I applied for the refund on 5th May.Bt till now I have not got any response. Can u PM me the procedure u have followed for refund. Also I tried almost 6 ph nos, bt most of them were not answering. One person,viz Agarwala told me on 11th may that u shd get the refund within 1 week

Actually Im d happiest man to get this news that I can expect a break during dusshera instead of diwali (I am from Kolkata n Durgapuja is d biggest occasion thr,dussera happens 2 b d last date of the 4 day long festival).
