This is actually my first post to Pagalguy!! I am Bala frm Chennai n I have an admit in NITIE n wailist 88 in MDI n waitlist 37 in FMS....i think chances of moi geting thru in FMS r fairly high n i want some gyaan on FMS Vs. NITIE/MDI

i realise that most ppl wud close their eyes n say FMS.... reasons for my dielemma is one and only one factor....

Hostel life to me seems like the Holy Grail of an MBA....And i think not having an in-house hostel where evryone in ur class stays can ruin much of the fun...even in my B-Tech the hostel was the most unforgettable part of the 4 yrs by far....cant imagine an MBA without hostel parties, booze, grass, rock shows n the like.....Plus, cuz my waitlist is 37, i may not even make it to the hostel outside campus called V.K.R.V Rao whr most of the FMS junta stay....wud really appreciate it if sum FMS seniors can throw sum light on the issue of how hostel life in V.K.RV is/isn't......
