Indeed Praveen,it was an engrossing session with Kathuria Sir,one thing which came out of the "Inside Job" was that economists rule the world as being non ceremonial poilticians,they can do good and certainly are capable of doing worst.

I am going to miss Dr Singhvi a lot,he simply rocks..the way he taught marketing to us is simply fantastic..one of my several reason to be a proud student of "IMI"

Examzzzzzsss..wt else can be said..."Man proposes and God Disposes"...

Spine chilling winter and exams..deadly combination...

Hi PUYs,

This is my first post in this thread,7 months back I was on the other side reading this and many other threads to make a decision and now when I am writing this ,I am so proud that I made a wise decision,I chose IMI.

4 months in the school and I have seen who's who in the campus,marketing summits moderated by CEO's and participated by CEO's,finance summit just added more surprises and kept on justifying my decision, faculty which is unmatchable even by certain IIM's in terms of Intellect( no boasting ,check rankings for intellectual capital), practitioner turned academician are the mentors and imparting us with all the knowledge , feels great when its not about cramming but its about learning, questioning and seeing a happy face of mentor when you question more.
It will be too hackneyed to talk about uncountable assignments,surprise quizzes and presentations but without talking about them one can not complete story of a B School,important point is that I learnt that time can be managed,its so simple just sleep less and you have all the time in the world

I have certain questions..it may seem too mundane but requesting to acknowledge

1 : Can i get matresses and all other sundry items nearby the imi hostel (as we need to bring matresses,bed sheet etc as written in mail by the warden) ?

2: Can you just let me know something which must not be forgotten before coming to hostel.?

3: Do i need to get the blazor/coat/suit right now or can we get it after joining college.Any specific colour for blazor...

4: Is it always formal dresses to college?

deposited my fee in person on 26th....

I am calling admission office but they are not picking up the phone.

I am loosing my patientce now as there has been no confirmation mail regarding the confirmation of seat for the PGDM program.I have deposited first installment of fee on 26th April.

Request seniors to please let us know by when we can expect a confirmation mail and hostel offer letter?

It's a bit repeated question but i do feel it may become relevant. I have just deposited my fee in the morning and asked admin. guy out there about no. of admissions. He told seats have been fulfilled and even my admission is provisional and I would be getting confirmation once people withdraw their names from the list.

I am glad to join IMI but feel little nervous!!
