The 2009-11 batch comprises of students from diverse educational and occupational background, coming from various parts of the country. The Foundation Fortnight is designed to expose you to the fundamentals required for business education and strengthen the foundation on your way ahead and provide you with an opportunity to connect with the richest resource you will have access to over the next two years - your peer group. The Foundation Fortnight is mandatory for all students. To provide you with an inspiring start, we have none other than Founder and Group CEO of the Future Group, Mr. Kishore Biyani. Having authored the book 'It happened in India', Mr. Biyani
believes in developing strong insights on Indian consumers and building businesses based on Indian ideas, as espoused in the group's core value of 'Indianness.' This is again articulated in the group's corporate credo, 'Rewrite rules, Retain values.' We implore you to make the best of this opportunity by reading the book and wisely engaging with the speaker. The fortnight ahead will be followed by, members of faculty and industry professionals who will provide an exposure to a wide range of topics and share insights they have gathered over years of experience through organizational stories, current industry practices. We expect you to have read the books; WeSchool shared with you prior to the Foundation Fortnight and be ready to put out your best each day. It is imperative you report at sharp 9:00 am, complete the registration formalities and be seated in the Auditorium latest by 9:30am. Do carry your Fee challan and photo identity proof along with you for the registration. Dress code is strictly formal* all through the Foundation fortnight.
