I probably have a similar profile as yours, and I would have 4 years by August 2011. I got admitted.
I think you can go ahead and apply if you want. They send a generic statement based on number of years of experience. Though the average age is around 30.

Waitlisted myself. I had an interview in Mumbai last month, FYI.
mbaaspirant - what are your results looking like so far? Mine are - HEC admit with scholarship; LBS & Kellogg waitlist; IESE doesn't matter

Got the scholarship results. Got an 11k euro HEC Excellence scholarship. The other 2 HEC scholarships are showing 0.
EIFFEL & L'Oreal aren't updated yet.

1. Not sure about the first question.
2. I normally tell people to apply to any BSchool as early as possible
3. MBA letters had questions to fill.
You're probably not getting many responses because most people on this thread are applying for the MBA
