If Greece leaves Euro Zone, what will be the repercussions in the Various Financial Markets according to you ?


My estimates.

1) Euro may plummet to 1.10 - 1.15 / Dollar.
2) Gold (US) may come down to 1000 - 1200 $ (or lower than that)
3) Rupee may plummet to 60-65/Dollar.
4) Gold (Indian) may fall to Rs. 20000 ( or lower than that)
5) The indices in France, Italy, Spain etc. will go below there 2008-09 lows.
6) Sensex will come down to 12000-13000
7) US treasuries will be the best asset to yield highest returns.
8 ) Brent Crude may fall to 80-90$ , WTI Crude to 60-65$

If Re. falls only till 60-65 and Brent fall to 80-90 levels. It will be good for India's financial health. As India's import bill for oil will reduce and hence current account deficit. :-P ( A CLSA note subscribes to this view Weak rupee actually helps India: CLSA )

About the estimates, these are optimistic, the condition may be worse for a few products.

Dont mind gold falling to 20,000 in my marriage it will be easier for me

My 2 cents..

India is on course to become a developed economy in a few decades . Now All developed economies have a common trait- Service industry contributed around 75% of GDP.
In india currently service sector is contributing 55% Led by IT sector. Yes IT sector is gonna slow down alongwith other sectors like banking due to global economic environment but still its share will keep on increasing in GDP .
So i can conclude India will be now under SERVICE Led growth for coming decades..

So we cant write of IT and allied services

Plz tell good Taqila brand and combination which i can have in Car in a hr or two alongside non veg
