I luckily got connected to that number and was able to get a new schedule after speaking to the candidate service.
I wud like to share some of exp here:-
1. Dont rely on mails or web mails.Do call them.
2. I knw its hard to connect but remb its the only way for assuarance.
3. Keep ur CAT registration ID with you.
4. First a person will be noting down ur problem and asking you to contact after 48 hrs but keep insisting that you want a schedule right away.
5.If u r successful they will connect you to another team which will schedule your appointment.

There is a problem if new admit cards will b generated or not.Hence I recorded the conversation

I have submitted IIFt'09 form online but made two errors :-

1 ) forgot to attach 2 self address adhesives

2) forgot to write name / app number at back side of the dd
