I think the value of studying entrepreneurship depends a lot on the specific case. Not that these are the only cases, or polar opposites, but:

1. Start with the basic truth of studying what interests you. Dont study business to get ahead in business; study business because youre interested. Dont study literature to get ahead, or science or math, either.
   
2. If life gives you a valid choice, general education is better than business education. Im really glad I studied Literature first, then Journalism, then business. Im glad my children majored in education, history, psychology, and political science instead of business. First learn to think, analyze, read, and write, and you can learn business later. Not everybody gets that choice. Not everybody wants it. But if you can, thats good.

ISB Application for next class and it reminds of the applicant days. You will read essays, chew them multiple times, and digest them thinking you got it. Then again, some butterflies in stomach, and you are back to chewing part. Again! Again! It happened to me all the time. Before coming to ISB, writing essays was the best experience I went through. You get to traverse through so much, learn about yourself, about the school, and everything else in life. At the best, the essay you end up after numerous reviews is very different than what you chewed it for. All the best to all applicants for this year! Its not going to be an easy job but trust me you dont want an easy task as well. Thats why you choose this track. Good luck!
