What can i do to build my profile for ISB?

i have few questions...may be its a wrong thread..but its really critical..
plz i need advice and want to shed off my confusion.
im taking CAT 2010..i haven`t started my prep..going to start from todat..
and im working in a software firm
academics are:
10th-70%
12th:-62%
B.tech:-70%
Work-ex:- 31 months till now
extra curricular:- not much

My queries are:-

1) with this background am i eligible for all tha IIMs(BLACKI)..and i want IIMs Only.
2) is there sufficient time to crack cat and get into IIM,if i start from today.
3)should i resign from my job in august and do my prep Full time.
4) What are the colleges that i shud consider with this much Work-Ex.What all exams should i take
5)Shall i involve in any hobby in this preperation time till december.some ngo or other.
6)how do i approach and what should be my strategy and study plan
7) should i join any coaching for cat.
8. During this period what can i do for my GD/PI preperation.

plz answer my above queries..as i need answers to start my preperation without ny doubt or confusion in mind.

or shud i focus on cat-2010....

if it is possible for cat-2009..then plz guide me on everything ....how i plan my each n every day...VAVA149..i asked this question earlier..but due to some health problem i was not able to start at that time....

im highly demoralized...whether i will able to crack cat this time or not....

i have one query...im working as a software consultant from last 21 months..
from last 8 months i was on project in germany...landed in India 3 days back...
want to take cat-2009....filled the form n booked the slot 6th december..

just want to know do i have sufficient time to crack cat or not...crcking cat means only IIMs ..or i can focus on CAT-2010

plz tell me that only 3 months r left n as im working....can i crack cat-2009 in this little time?
if the answer is yes..plz tell me how can i proceed..wat will be my strategy..

just tell me that...actually i hv done b.tech in information technology...
n in form i mark on computer science/computer application/information technology...
but later on i realized that ki perhaps i was to mark on engineering/technology:b.e/b.tech wala option

so puys plz tell me what can i do....im very confused..can i let it be like that n take the paper.....or the options that i had marked is fine

or can i buy another form n fill it again...
