The waitlist numbers will be updated this weekend.

The waitlist numbers will keep on being updated on the admissions portal as soon as there will occur a waitlist movement.

Regarding the mail with subject line "Admission against VACANT SEATS at SJMSOM", the waitlist movement will keep on getting updated throughout as soon as a withdrawal happen. You will receive a call for the same if you are selected. Till then, the status stays the same as the waitlist number mentioned for you.

the offer letter and the letter of acceptance still says that we need to send acceptance by 1st July.....For the people who got through on 2nd July, seniors please inform regarding the deadline for sending DD and acceptance letter.

A mail mentioning the deadline for sending the DD and letter of acceptance by 8th July, 2011 has been sent across to the candidates selected in the waitlist movement of 2nd July.

but i wud not be able to send the dd before 29th june as m currently out of station.And the last date is 1st july.
And if i send on 29th june then it may get late also.
will it be okay if it reaches 2-3 days late say by 4th july??

Send across the scanned copy of your DD and letter of acceptance before 1st July and we will consider your case.

Thanks for the update Alka. I am now at wait list Gen-4 and the message on the website says that we will be updated via email or phone in case there are any more withdrawals. Does that mean that there is no particular date that we can look forward to as next waitlist movement date? Also, could you please give an idea about the last minute withdrawals that took place last year. were there any seats that were filled because of students withdrawing after commencement of the course?

As soon as a withdrawal will happen, we will call the person next on the waitlist number. But waitlist number for all waitlisted candidates will be updated over the next weekend.
This year has no similarity with last year waitlist movement. Last year, students will WL100 ranks were called for. However, waitlist movement last year happened till the date of registration, that was 15th July last year.

After 3rd list GEN list had moved to 53 and i was then wait-list number 55.
But TWO lists have come after that but d website still shows my wait-list number as 55. I know i am not gonna convert , but still, numbers should be updated for all d wait-listers.

The waitlist number has been updated for all now. You may verify the same
