Further, please download the Personal Details Form from IMT website at Admission PGDM, which has to be filled up in your own handwriting. This form duly filled up and pasted with your photograph and two photocopies of the same along with a photocopy of your CAT 2010 score card have to be submitted at the time of your Personal Interview. You are also required to bring your original testimonials in support of your candidature. Please note that no request will be considered for change of PI date and venue.
