guess they are sticking to their next year plan of selecting people with high work ex from this year itself..
And they are asking questions to people they are interested in selecting..others are being given a cold shoulder.

now that I have been looking at this forum from past 10 days,people have said,gud,bad,worse things about nmims.
I really wonder,if bad feedbacks are just rumours or are reality.
Vishnu Sharma has agreed that companies with 5lpa have come and have recruited..if that is the case for 1-2 odd guys,its fine but if it is about 25 or more then its sad.I once again say that in a college of such high repute placement wont be a issue for most of the guys.
Yesterday in a similar discussion at fb,i was adviced to ignore random comments but now that an alum has confirmed 1 part of such discussion,it is a cause for worry.
Everybody at nmims has been saying placement report is out and there should not be any discussion about the same.but atleast i feel that the report should have been more detailed..
Look at IIFT,they came out with a better report and is anybody complaining about lowest package of 5?no
and look at IMT thread,seniors accepted that placement has taken a beating and still about 50 guys are unplaced..did anybody shout there?
They disclosed intricate details about the placement too.
we shud know the details in and out and sadly,college has been denying it.moreover,discussion about the same is discouraged and people get rude replies too.

One thing that I feel is if there is something being hidden,it should immediately be disclosed as a lot of things at our side are at stake.
And at last I am still looking forward to join nmims.

@jay did you consume something last night which influenced your last post.
Read my post clearly. I never supported the guy and in order to build credibility asked a placecom guy to put the facts on the thread. A placecom guy can provide true picture about the current scenario or atleast the packages offered after we went to our native place.
Yes packages in range of 5-6 lac were offered but to those who were left for placement in feb. they were very few in numbers.

Lastly @jay I have been here on pagalguy for long time helping people even before joining Nmims so don't tell me what to do and not to do here.
