guys i dnt fall in the cutoff of my category still i got an SMS saying chk ur mail...bt i havnt received any mail....y r dey askin me to check d mail....rejection letters are mailed after 2-3 days na ??

After how much time waiting list will release? i am from U.P. scored 64.2 GENERAL, in U.P. the cutoff for UR is 65.4...... is there any hope for me ? plz reply kindly thanku
