puys,what are we waiting for?????? i had followed this thread and somebody had said that the writ will be filled on thursday, but still it has not been done. time is passing puys, if WE HAVE TO REALLY MAKE OUR CHANCES ALIVE OF A RETEST,WE SHOULD FILE THE CASE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!!!!:oops:
