So while I do encourage you to diversify the programs you apply to this year, I also recommend boosting your interview skil...

Hi, Pjman. If you are exempt from taking the TOEFL because your undergraduate degree was taught in English, there is no reason to retake it. Im glad to help you start the process. Here are my answers to your questions:

Hi, Illogical.
I believe the top programs in risk management would be Wharton, Chicago, and Columbia, but unless you have excellent experience in the finance field, you may have trouble earning a spot in these top programs (and a 690 GMAT is only average for them, so it will not help you st...

Hi, NotYetMBA. Nanyang is an excellent program but my understanding is that they do not have heavy recruiting into the Consulting industry. Since that field is your goal, be sure to reach out to alumni and build contacts with the industry on your own throughout your studies to complement the recr...

Hi, Shas. Well, you have a great foundation; now go forth and lead!
Your GRE score at around the 90th percentile for both Quant and Verbal plus your excellent undergrad scores mean that you have the intelligence to succeed in a good MBA program. However, the question of whether you have the em...
