gprabhu @Sridhar5121 If someone in your category does not report on day of registration IIMC may not be able to call you to join at that time as they have to give you a few days notice for you to join and so the seat will go vacant. However if you are available on campus and inform them that you are willing to join without notice (you must have all the papers and draft with you) then it should work.

gprabhu @Sridhar5121 If someone does not join in your category on registration day you will not be called. The seat will go vacant unless you are there at IIMC campus and willing to join immediately. IIMC cannot call you in advance unless there is a confirmed seat for you and will not call you later as you cannot join for the orientation program. You have a chance only if you are present at IIMC.

gprabhu @Sridhar5121 IIMC will say they will call you if someone withdraws BEFORE registration date and they will do so - BUT they will not call you if there is a shortfall AFTER the registration is over (on registration date) and you are not present at that time in IIMC to join. So then you lose the seat!

who is saying market scenario is not good for placement. IIM B has proved it wrong. While the average salary offered to IIM - B passing out batch of flagship Post Graduate Programme was 17.30 lakhs per annum, median salary stood at Rs 16.50 lakhs per annum.
