Symbi being a deemed uni must be having a huge managmnt quota... does it affect the students who are ahead in merit??

I just finished with my internship and now plan to joinTISS for MHA. Could you please tell me the following points:

1) What are the usual essay topics they give?

2)What do they usually ask in PI? (Somebody said we need to read psm for it, so which topics to focus on more?)

4)Which books to read?

3)What are the future prospects after the course is over?

Alright, starting without preamble: I have no clue about where this piece of info is gonna be posted, which clearly implies that i am far from tech-savvy Junta! I was dropped into this site while google-ing abt TISS, Mumbai.
