1. peace of mind (and not just mind) - one of the most imp entity for a happy life

2. enthusiasm - joy and excitement of learning new things is just awesome!

3. healthy body - i wish i would carry that. but that's not practically possible...

It has unfortunately become a trend considering the number breakups i have seen (not experienced. )
But i think the couples should do it only if it strengthens the bonding between them and not for the sake of others. The reason is that - at times, we may consider many things to be foolish but it means a lot to the person who's in love..
On the same lines, i'll also do the same for my spouse even though i don't personally believe these things. And this is only because it would mean something to her.. :)
