All those who have been shortlisted have to fill up another form with personal details and educational background.. Wondering why are they asking all these things again as we have already given these details while filling CAT application form..

The personal details form will be used to evaluate you during the interview. Your interview questions will depend on what you write there. Exercise at most caution while filling.

Seniors plz boost my morale i desperately need it. i have 97% and a work Ex of 42 months 10th 75%(State Board), 12th 75%(State board) Graduation Bsc maths 77.1 %(Not a Known University as IIT NIT) and what are my chances of converting the call. belong to OBC category. Currently working in a PSU bank as a Asst. Manager.

IIM Lucknow is desperately looking for Non-Engineers dude (as seen in their selection criteria)... So prepare to give your best shot and be rest assured
P.S: This doesnt mean engineers are at a disadvantage, once you get a call, everyone is treated at par and your performance in GD-PI determines your final convert.

FYKI, Most of SPJIMR convert are profile based. It is very difficult to convert CAT based calls. By stating 'very difficult', I mean it. The reason for this, you will come to know by yourself when you complete your summer placements in a B-school :biggrin:, or message me if you are soooo curious :grin:. Last yr I got CAT based call, and in my interview, I was asked only a single question, TELL ABOUT YOURSELF, which I answered well. The whole group was rejected out-rightly. I still cant figure out what was the reason. It happened to many groups in CAT based calls category.
So, my point here is, if you dont get a profile based call, dont have much hopes of converting SPJain.

Hi all! I believe we are supposed to send a fitness certificate from a Government Medical Officer to IIMB. I went to a Government hospital but the hospital does not have a format to issue; they said u come with a format. When I asked IIMB fellows, they said that they do not have any specific format. I am not able to find a suitable format even on google.

Kindly someone, who has the format, send it to me. Even replying here with the format on the forum will also do. I am running out of time as I need to finish all this fast and leave for some other importnat assignment too.
