Hi Jeremy,

I am planning to do an MBA in the top US b schools in 2009. a brief intro about me. I am an engineer with a MBA degree from a decent b school in India. Have close to 3 years experience as of date. I am yet another IT professional who is currently working in the US. Have decent acads and decent extra curriculars , but nothing really stellar. I am pretty confident that i can score what it takes to get into the top B Schools. But considering that i am yet another IT pro how do i differentiate myself. To be honest i dont think i have any leadership role in my current organisation . what attributes do i need to hone to make a strong claim.

will having an prior MBA be a deterrent?
