It's going to be one of the biggest transfer window with loads of speculation etc. and lot of overhaul in many teams IMO. Not just because many teams are in state of transition, but also because some players have spectacularly come into limelight this season.
This time a lot will be changed because many teams will be having new managers.
United -> David Moyes.
City -> (Pellegrini) ?
Chelsea -> (Mourinho) ?
Everton -> (Phil neville/Martin O'neil)?
Benitez/Mancini to Napoli is also considered.
Madrid -> (Ancelloti)
PSG -> (Benitez)
Stoke -> (Rafa/Martinez)?

We know City and Chelsea will spend big. City specially as they need to add fresh faces after signing the likes of Sinclair and Maicon, which clearly wasn't the way to go. Chelsea will sign a few players as well, depending on the manager. The defence and midfield still needs strenght IMO. Liverpool have lost carragher, and Andy carrol seems set for West Ham. The verdict is still not out on Suarez. Kolo Toure, Papadopoulus, etc are rumored. A coutinho type signing for the right would do wonders.
Have heard rumors of Rooney departing and Benzema on his way to Utd as well.Arsenal might be after Jovetic and Higuain. Who knows, even Cesc might return!

In Spain, Madrid might get in Ancelloti. The signings would depend on the exodus after Mourinho. Barca would look to bolster their defence, although Rossell is more keen on signing Neymar for now. Villa and maybe Sanchez might leave. Reina might also be on his way back to barca.
Rumors are also on Cesc and Di maria to sign for PSG.

Juventus are also considering signing Higuain, Sanchez, Jovetic. Maybe Tevez as well? Not much heard about Milan yet, Allegri's future seems to be in doubt as well. Might consider signing Hernanes, Richards, perhaps?
Cavani, Isco, Falcao, Hummels, Lewandowski, Llorente, Villa, etc etc...a huge list out there. Phew, can't wait for transfers to start.
