I have scored 87 marks in cet i.e 92.77% do i have a chance for mms through minority.
Pls help

If your GD-PI score increases you written score by say 34 to 36 marks....then you hold a chance in the last list

any chance getting in dalmia through pgdm in finance, my mh-cet percentile 79.25?

Very very difficult..you should have excellent academic records and an exceptionally good GD-PI

i'm an oms so do i need 2 get transfer + migration certificate both or only one will suffice......will we get laptop...... do mms students hve 2 pick specialisation at time of adm or later.......

No idea about oms procedure.MMS students do not get a laptop but if you want the institute to provide you a lappy then you will have to pay Rs 50000/- for it.MMS students will be selecting their specialization in the second year.

i went through the entire thread. but i cudn't see anythng regardin profiles' name/nature except ppl hovrin in n arnd finance spez.

well, i'd thot u wud mention sme profiles. decent differs frm person 2 person. wel, its ok.

i undrstud one thing 4 sure, dalmiay ppl alwys compare themslvs wit othr instis
i strngly feel u shudn't be doing ths wel suit urslf.

i think welingkr n sies shudn't be bad for finance.

acc to my batchmats now our seniors they say welingkr and pumb are mcuh better. plz clarify why one shud opt of dalmiya over welingkr and pumba. i really hv to mak it fast. wish to do finance and hv exp, of 2.5yrs.

You asked us to compare Dalmia with other Institutes....plz do not blame us saying that we always compare ourselves with others coz that's exactly what you wanted.

By decent i meant Business Analyst,Equity Research,Relationship Manager, PSU's which recruit at Scale 1 or 2 and many more.If you are in a position to demand a profile then you surely would get that as well.Probably my friends studying at WE n SIES gave me some wrong news about the Finance out there whom we had helped in getting their concepts and basics right.Well if you want to hear what suits your ears.....then WE n SIES are amazing options for Finance.I don't understand why are opinions asked at the first place for any insti when there is already a list prepared in the mind.Anyways i sincerely wish you get through WE or SIES and experience finance out there.All The Best.

jus read ur query n well ur list as well....WE is good for Marketing but Finance??? No idea about PUMBA.Again SIES is highly NOT recommended for Finance.When it comes to knowledge and learning the exposure you get in Finance in Dalmia is unbeatable.As far as profiles are concerned you get decent profiles with the package you deserve.Everyone gets placed...placement procedure is slow coz der is dis huge batch of finance students who needs to be placed but it does work out for all at the end.
