Any news on the waitlists?

i got DCP offer in IMT-gaziabad, so paid 50k and 2 days ago got a mail to pay the 1st installment of the fee. But i dont want to do DCP, when will the branch be upgraded.

1)is it wise to pay the 1st installment for DCP hoping to get upgraded.

2) when will tapmi 2nd list, kj somaya 1st list ,iit-kanpur list going to release. should i wait for them

3)if we reject the offer after payment , how much do we expect in return ???

Hi puys, need an opinion. A friend of mine has converted IIM K and NM-Core. What should she prefer?
Also, what is better- IIM I or NM? I thought IIMs should win the bet anytime...but getting to hear the opposite from some people! Please help!

Here is the fight: IMT-G FT vs Job (s/w developer , 1.9 yrs , 6.5 lpa, good chances of growth)... ROI is a definite concern :\
