Finally I got through.. in the latest List which was out on 15th May.

I am taking it.. have emailed my acceptance.. will call them on monday and confirm the same.. and send the dds soon after tht.

I had applied in General Category.

Last list came out on 4th may.. its been 10 days now.. i m WL at no. 2.. have been chking the site atleast thrice daily..

Pls respond.. since the induction program will be starting on 15th.. i thot list shud have been out by this time..!!!

A Dilemma..
Nirma total fees is 6 Lacs....SIBM is 9 lacs...I'm sure SIBM is a very good college, but is it worth the fees?? (considering that I'll be paying 3 lacs more??) Puys, kindly pour in ur views/suggestions..

I called them up on this no. tht u have provided above.

I asked the lady," Wat is the process to apply to Mgmt quota of Sibm, pune?"

And she replied: "The process is over.. u r late."

I said: "But my friend had called up few days ago and at tht time u had said tht last date is 23rd.. i just want to know wat all do i have to send?"

She said: "No the process is over.. u call back on Monday.. u will have to speak to a senior person regarding this."

Now i dont know who to believe.. this is really some shady stuff going on..

I am posting this coz none of the PDFs on the SIBM,Bangalroe site are opening on my PC. am gettign the msg "The file is damaged and cannot be repaired."

so pls answer a few Qs i m posting here regarding the same:
1. Does The New Merit List have names only of those who were part of 1st Waitlist? Since the file isnt opening at my PC, pls some1 check if my name "Akhil Parekh" is there? (SNAP ID:1066490).. though my name wasnt thr in the 1st waitlist.. thanks.. appreciate it

2. What is the no. of ppl tht have been named in the New Merit List?
Earlier some1 mentioned tht 53 ppl may have been confirmed.. lets add the no. of ppl in New Merit List to 53.. and see wats the figure like?

3. Also ppl who r now in the New Merit List, let others know if u r taking admission or not? tht will be very helpful
