Life @ BIM. how do i rate it, with just three days in BIM. But still a lot had happened, making everyone to forgot the First days events... The Institute is in a secluded location(rightly called a mini forest)... But its a world of its own, made for the BIMites... The profs here are experts in keeping us fully occupied all the time - having classes all the days and assignments to be submitted for each course in the next class.... Table Tennis and Shuttle are my refreshers between the assignments... Juz now completed our marketing assignment... thats it for now.... Signing off.

Okay, but I want to verify if we have Dell centres there,
as Dell looks to me to be a good deal like providing Guaranty of damage by any means, watsoever and it will be replaced
But it'll only be constructive if we have any centre there....

as far as i knw..only a couple of guys had dell laptops in my batch...n only one guy faced a prob...dell's service center is only in bangalore if i m correct...so u ll ve to get in touch with their tech support for assistance...even hp doesnt ve service center in trichy..the dealer u buy from sends it to chennai/madhurai for repair where the hp service centres are.

well we have had 2 great years at BIM..totally unforgettable...and as they say..memories continue to live on...so shall these ones...best of luck to BIM25 , for now its ur turn to rise n shine...BIM24 will be there to ensure that u guyz do rise n shine...n most of us will keep popping up time n again to check up on things :)....

Hi,

well u should check out the blog and the life@bim thread for the cultural aspect...it cant be put in words..but only experienced...u will love the culture here if u like diversity...

food is what students want to have..the mess is run by a student committee and so the menu is decided in consultation with the students keeping in mind the resources n constraints...but u ve a good mix of all types of food...

accomodation is flat system..as these are BHEL quarters...2 bedroom..n 1 hall (huge one)...and 4 ppl per flat...2 per bedroom....

hey i am waitlisted.does any one know when will the second list come becoz the day i asked my waitlist no ,admission office just said call after 10-15days.

hey...

well be patient...there is a time period given to the candidates who have been selected to confirm their choice...only once the candidates who are not taking up confirm that fact..the admissions office will get busy with the waitlisted ones.
