Manipal is going to see its First Ever PG Meet on November 1, 2009. The meet will take place at TAPMI campus from 5:30 PM onwards. The high point of the affair is that Rohit Awasthi (estranged_gnrs) and Soumik Ganguly from PGHQ will be present in the meet. For any queries and clarifications, Manipal puys (and anyone in Manipal who wants to attend the meet) can call up Arghya, Tuhin and Rama. The numbers can be found at the end of the post.

With the CAT just a little more than a month away, obviously the preparations are in full swing. Something that the members of our Dream Team (DT) and UnderDog Team (UDT) will agree. For people who are still unaware of the DT and UDT concept, this is a little headstart; every year at PG we form a team on the lines of a cricket team of 11 members, two reserve players and a coach. DT is made of people who have shown consistent rocking performance in their mock tests and are sure to continue it in the CAT. UDT, as the name suggests, may not be consistent with their performance in the mocks but are backed by a strong will to score a high percentile in CAT. Every year both the DT and UDT produce high CAT scorers who join the leagues of the best b-schools in India.
