Work Ex: TCS (15 months, at the end of this month)
Got call From 5 new IIMs(Raipur,udaipur,kashipur,trichi,rohtak) Is there any chance , to get any of the above IIMs on the basis of this profile ?? And also I have applied only DMS-IITD and SJMSOM and IMT Ghaziabaad apart from the above calls from IIMs. Any realisitic chance of selection in IITs??
Please be frank of what are my chances of getting through to any of the above.
I need to start preparing For GD PI but had no clue how to do that. Please guide me as in how can I start and how should i prepare myself.
you have a decent chance provided you perform well in wat/pi (which stands true for almost everyone who has got a call).. we no longer have a gd but a written analysis in place of that. kindly take the pains of going through the previous pages cause a guideline has been given. you can also enroll in a coaching institute for mock sessions.
Sir, i have been working in my dad's business so i don't draw a monthly salary. How am i supposed to bring a salary slip?? wont a work experience certificate suffice??Also what will i write in Monthly Remuneration??

A work experience certificate will suffice. The payslips are to be submitted IF you don't have a work ex certificate
I have not received any mail regarding my log in cridentials.. what should i do ?? I am very much worried..I had got a congratulatory mail..long back..but no mail after that..How can i get the password for log-in into the IIM ranchi admission page..Please help..

buddy, I think, u deserve IIM ABC. Don't think lower than ABC. I am saying this because of 4 reasons 1. u r OBC student for which cut- off is lower than general 2. u belong to non-engg background 3. U have pretty decent 10th, 12th marks(CBSE) 4. and last but most imp. u CAT score is quite good when u compare it to other OBC. THING BIG. U DESERVE BIG. BEST OF LUCK
I have a situation which has been bothering me for long. While filling the academic details i had correctly filled up the overall marks i got in graduation for both the cat form and personal details from for IIMs. But, while filling up the last year's details, i miscalculated the last sem's credits and hence put up the incorrect entry. Though, the overall marks a are still correct as it is the same what is written on my degree. During our interview, there was no doc verification so that i could get it corrected. What should i Do??
I think there wont be any preference to anyone. simply they will consider the average scores from old IIMs like C,L,K for someone having those calls and for people having only new IIM call,they will use their own score thats it .. ATB everyone. i think IIMU results is also coming in may first week
Work-Ex is never make or break criteria.. Its something that adds to your profile.. Its does not do a lot more than that...
You are right to some extent but they do give marks for that :) and a fresher needs to be good with his academic knowledge similarly a work ex guy needs to know well what he is doing
and hence put up the incorrect entry.
