There are 11 IIMs today. Some more are in the pipeline, of which few may begin operations shortly. Will more IIMs dilute the brand or are they needed to enforce the seal of quality.
Candidates allege that some questions in their papers were wrong. CAT Convenor Prof Himanshu Rai has taken note of the complaints and initiated a thorough checking of the same. He told Pagalguy that if at all there are mistakes, corrective measures would be taken psychometrically so that there is no disadvantage to the candidates in that slot. Prof Rai cautioned however, that errors in the questions are unlikely.
Next year CAT will travel to Sri Lanka. Expected to be the first of the moves to make the exam international in nature
