The better place would be the internet. VBA and VB are very popular and Microsoft is good in giving numerous samples and help and guidlines for its users.

just google and you will be surprised at the volume of information.

But i have absolutely no idea of what visual basic is & how to use it... thts the reason i am not looking at internet for information on Visual basic .... any place where i can learn ....

I like working with excel documents, but sometimes I have very unpleasant troubles which force me to look for right solutions. Last solution was one program from a soft forum. It quickly work out all my old and current issues and I'm sure is able to cope with any problem - *****.

I am using Microsoft Excel- 2007 and need to calculate the total WORK-hours (09:00-17:30) between two date/time-stamps; Including Saturdays but excluding Sundays & Holidays

If we see below example then total hrs should be 01:00:00 hr only as call received time is after shift hours i.e. 06:30 PM

issue received time in Cell - A1=6/28/2013 6:30:00 PM issue acknowledge time in Cell - A2=6/29/2013 10:30:00 AM DayStart= 9:30:00 AM - Cell D1

DayEnd= 5:30:00 PM - Cell D2

HolidayList= "07/01/2013" – Cell D3

I do understand that this is not correct forum to ask, however, if anyone one can help with this, it would be really great for me or shared me the link to get my answer.
