Welcome friends. Congrates once again for clearing first round of the SBI PO. But tough fight is starting now. they have selected candidates in 1: 2.2 ratio. 5. Ebola and its effectsย

Most importantly...now can we have some guesses with regards to thecut off?? Also those of us who have any experience(past or otherwise related) as to what awaits us behind door no 2 please feel free to involve us first timers in your sweet agony :-).....?? (for the record i attempted 106....descriptive was not too bad...left the last essay completely.....accuracy cant tell..when i solve papers at home i get atleast 10-15ย  on an average wrong...so m guessing the final cutoff to have been anything around 115-120...)

The second phase will begin from 8th october. I'm planning ki atleast 5-6 log mil jaye and we start preparing for GD together by organising mock GDs between ourselves, which will be very helpful. So anyone in from Delhi/Ghaziabad ?

Anybody from Ahmedabad here cleared the exam ??

Anybody from Bangalore cleared phase 1 ?!

Experience shared by Mr. Satyajeet Nayak@satyajeetnayak -

As someone who had appeared in Associate Bank's GD-PI round and got selected, I am recollecting some tips for first timers.

First of all, don't worry about the GD round. It is not even technically a GD.What happens is that everyone is given a topic and 5-10 minutes are given for everyone to jot down their points. After the GD round starts, everyone is given a chance to speak, i.e., only after everyone has spoken can one speak for the second time.So no need to worry about someone cutting in, interrupting or not allowing you to speak.Everyone will be given a chance.Make the most of your chance. After everyone has spoken once, all are allowed to give any extra points in a true GD style discussion(not that long).

So, if you have made a good impression in your first round, you are bound to score good marks.Interview can be focused on your degree

subject or work experience.I was asked only from current affairs, and it went well.

I scored 19/20 in GD and 29/30 in Interview.
