In next few weeks, I will be meeting and interacting with few 'prospective spouses' through matri websites or newspapers or refferals. However, I am not really sure what to ask for in the first meeting with the girl.

Please suggest me some questions that can help me judge the girl better.

Note -

1) Please keep it clean and simple.

2) Girls can also write here what they would like to ask their prospective partner.

Be sure what you want to ask and be prepared bussy . Not sure you would be allowed to meet many times.

ask following stuff to know her better ;

1. education & friends circle
2. facebook addict or not ?
3. has she had any affair in the past !
4. how many people has she browsed before you
5. her demands after marriage ! she should realise her true worth :P
6. did she have any affair in past ?

p.s - she might feel offended but you'll have a clear idea whether she is your type or not. besides, modern girls are very open to all such q's these days :drink:

What is your idea of the goal of marriage? What is our marriage supposed to do for us?

P.S: Copied from Goal.. but seriously an interesting question... we never thought what is the goal behind getting married in arranged marriages... It's not that everyone else is doing...so we will also go for it..
