The total fees for the PGDM program is around 5.5 Lacks
and as far as placements are concerned for the current year the average placement is around 4 lacks the process is still going on....

Yes, i am a student of MITSOB...
Placement wise, well i can say that the current placement scenario is quite good .. companies such as Indiabulls, Deloitte, etc. have taken students in bulk also for many deserving students package details have been revised on upper scale.

If you looking at decent placements and most importantly quality education, joining MITSOB wont be regretful.. :):cheers:

i have my selection process round in very near future.
so do u have any idea abt it ? it will be easy or tough ?? plz share ur experience on selection process.


Selection Round consists of three rounds:
First Round: Computer Based Test ( I was exempted from it as I had fulfilled the minimum criteria in of having some marks/percentile in CAT)

Second Round : Extempore Round.. Its quiet easy to clear this round if you are relaxed.. communication skills and content is important..my topic was politics in india..

Third Round : PI ..Current Affairs, Basic questions such as Tell me something about yourself...

I found my selection procedure very smooth.. just relax .. just perform ur best

MIT School of management(MITSOM) is a college which is affliated to Pune Universtiy and conducts two year MBA. It is based on university pattern with little flexibilty for adaptation of new and contemporary curriculum.
MIT School of Business(MITSOB) is conducts an autonomous two year PGDM recognized by AICTE based on Harvard Business School pattern. This is a very dynamic, flexible, contemporary and a challenging course that keeps focussed students on the go.

The admission process for MIT School of Business is as under:
(a) Form can be downloaded from website and sent to college.
(b) Dates for selection process are given in the web site.
(c) Candidate is required to have avalid score in any one of the tests as under CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/CET .
(d) The selection process involves writing an essay of 300 words, followed by extempore talk for a maximum of 5 mins on the topic of essay and finally the PI.
(e) There is weightage for ssc.XII and graduation performance above 60% and for work experiance of one year and above.
All details are available on web site or one can speak to admisssion counsellors on the numbers mentioned on the web site.
The process is straight forward, simple and is a one day affair.
