A Swedish contingent consisting of students, academicians, journalists, entrepreneurs, business professionals visited FIIB campus. FIIB students shared knowledge about Culture, Youth, Economic & Business Environment, Technological Developments and Retail Environment in India. Placements are going great. So far our students have been placed in leading organizations like E&Y;, IDBI, Safexpress, Deloitte Consulting India Private Limited, India Infoline, Capital IQ, Neilsoft etc.

SAMAVESH. the annual FEST of FIIB came to an end on 4th March.
This year the FEST was of 4 days, first 2 days completely dedicated to BUSINESS PLAN event "MERAKI". which was organized by the E-cell of FIIB, "UDAAN".
And the rest 2 days were full of cultural activities and events, like
Portfolio Mukabla, Pool, Fashion Show, Faridkot Band, DJ nite, Poker, Ad Mad show, Nukkad Natak, Solo & Group dance, Singing Competition, and lot many events full of FUN. :clap:

We had lots of fun in the entire 4 days of SAMAVESH.

how are the placements of fiib?

A memorable HOLI at FIIB campus.

Being the last year of my college life, as m going to complete my MBA by April 2012, I added a very loving memory to a chapter of my life, to which I call "My Lyf @ FIIB".
Plating HOLI in the campus's garden with my batch mates and juniors was a very lovely moment. All the students who reside near by the campus were there, as well many students who are residing at some other place also came to campus to celebrate the festival of colors with friends.
The most enjoyable part was all the students dancing in the garden with shower on them from Gardening pipes. :cheers:

:shock: Mergers and Acquisition's presentation on Monday :shock:

My presentation group as well other groups are working very hard on "Tata Steel & Corus" merger case.
We have to present on the pre and post merger situation of Tata Steel, and as well the effect of synergy.

Its really tiresome to work on M&A; case on the very next day of Holi.
but, MBa life is all about working on every even and odd days, as its just a beginning, the real corporate life will require much more dedication and sincerity.
