I have an electrical engineering background and some work experience in marketing.I am very keen in going for a master degree but very confused at the same time.I am sure most of you would have experienced the same kind of feeling as i am having now.
Though i want to do an MBA but i also understand that its impt to do it from a good unvi else ur MBA doesn't really have any value.
I want to know if anybody have any idea about Msc program in marketing in UK?How good it is and how much does it value?
Also is it better to go for Msc in marketing or finance.Why i am asking this is ...coz i am ready to learn and want to invest my time and money on something that would fetch me a good job.
anyone have heard of Staffordshire university in UK?They have a optional one yeat placement scheme which is attracting me.

well do u have any idea abt Staffordshire university?They have this Msc in global marketing which i am liking it plus MBA program.They are providing one year of industrial placement after 2 blocks of studies and before dissertation.
This is a good chance to get some exposer to work in UK or europe.
Plus the program cost is just 9,450 pounds.
Also any idea how is The robert Gordon University,aberdeen???:
I was adviced by the representative of the college to apply for scholorship as i have high chances of getting in being a gal and being in the middleast.
Anybody have any suggestion...please throw.:)

dont know much about the program but a friend of mine has finished her one year course (i think its her MBA) from Staffordshire and is working. She says that the placement there is pretty okay..

I'm also looking for an 1 Mgmnt course in UK. Which universities are looking for inexperienced college graduate? What scores do they accept? And where do i land up after the degree, is it accepted equivalent to MBA in India / the prospects of job in UK itself?
Is any university offering scholarship for this type of course?
My pro: 64% engineering : No work experience
