I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected for admission to the two-year full-time programme for Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HRM), 2011-2013. Your admission is provisional and subject to your complying with all the other conditions for admission.
Please indicate your acceptance of the provisional admission by paying Rs. 140,000/- on or before 22nd June 2011, towards the first instalment of the total fees. . The payment may be made by Demand Draft in favour of Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and drawn on any bank at Bhubaneswar. The payment may be sent by Courier/Speed Post, addressed to The Admissions Office, Xavier Institute of Management, Xavier Square, Bhubaneswar - 751 013.
Alternatively, the payment can be made by remitting the amount at par to the Current Account No. 30463061882 of XIM, Bhubaneswar (IFS Code: SBIN0004414), from any Core branch of SBI; OR to the S/B Account No. 910010010503631 of XIM, Bhubaneswar (IFS Code: UTIB0000024), from any branch of the Axis Bank. A scanned copy of the pay-in- slip counterfoil of such remittance should be sent by e-mail to
admisn@ximb.ac.in, on the same day, clearly mentioning your XAT ID and name.
The academic session will commence on Friday, 1st July 2011. You should try to reach the Institute by the evening of 30th June 2011. All students are required to be present for registration by 9:00 a.m. on 1st July 2011, at which time the following original documents along with copies must be produced:
1. Matriculation or equivalent certificate (for date of birth).
2. Degree certificate. If you are completing the Degree this year, a certificate from the Principal/Director of the College/Institute stating that all requirements for Degree including the final examinations, have been completed.
3. The marks lists of the Higher Secondary and Degree examinations.
4. Transfer/Migration Certificate from the College/Institute.
5. A character certificate from the Principal/Director of the College/Institute last attended.
6. Work experience certificate, if any.
7. Four recent passport-size and four stamp-size colour photographs.
8. Blood group report.
9. Medical fitness certificate.
It is mandatory that you possess a laptop, while you are a student of this Institute. The preferred OS: Windows 7 Professional 32 bit Edition / Windows Vista Professional 32 Bit Edition, minimum configuration requirement being, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor / Wireless / 320 GB HDD / 2 GB Memory / DVD Writer / 10/100/10000 Ethernet PCI Controller / Minimum 1hour battery backup.
