Target JBIMS thread on pagalguy earlier helped me to get into JBIMS so its time now to give it back to pg... so starting the thread again...

Nope. It is not out yet as usually it comes by late Dec. or even Late Jan. Rite now there's no info even about the exams whose scores it will be accepting for admission and MHCET has been scrapped off from this year and CMAT's list of colleges doesn't have JBIMS mentioned explicitly in it. :splat:

OMS candidates also have a good chance for making it in.. There are 18 seats reserved for them.. tips: Prepare for CAT properly.. other exams would be a piece of cake..:) JBIMS offers full time as well as part time MBA>.. no separate forms need to be filled for JBIMS (as per last year's proced...

Can someone help me with the application procedure for JBIMS. On its website, I don't see any online application, also I would like to know if JBIMS offers full-time executive MBA or not? If yes, what is the eligibility criteria?

I assume CMAT will be a centralised procedure sort of thing ? Something like CET, so application to JB will be thru d CAP rounds only ?
Or do we need to purchase forms for individual colleges ?
Plus, how do we apply through our CAT scores for JB ? Forms rahenge kya ?

is JB not aicte approved?!..the name of the insti is not there on the list put up on the aicte website!...is it even considering the CMAT score?!

Hi,
I wanted to know that whether JBIMS will be considering only sep-oct CMAT score or both sep-oct and feb-mar score for 2013-2014 admissions.

@mayankleo_1 - HEY i wanna knowwill BOTH CMAT exams be considered or only september one ???
i am planning to give this exam later in jan or feb whenever it will be help for the second time...will JBIMS accept scores of FEB CMAT.. ???do reply :)

there are only 18 seats for outside mh out of 120.. remaining have different quotas within mh (plz chk dte site for details)u need to score 99.85+ to have a chance for JBIMS. acads are decent enough.. yes cat and cmat scores are only considered... abt last dates plz check the websites.... no nee...

MY RANK WAS 153...SO CONSIDERING 60000 PEOPLE WROTE CMAT MY PERCENTILE IS 99.75...WAT WAS THE CUTOFF FOR JBIMS ??

conversion formula was the percentile....it was put up on the dte site as well...

@[437052:ManjushaSB] yes, in 2013, admission would be through CMAT. there is no reservation for girls though till now.. yes, I am a Non Maharashtrian.

1. You can get in through CMAT and CAT scores too! 2. yes, you can.. 3. 15% seats for outside MH candidates. 18 seats at JBIMS.

Can someone also tell me if AI seats remain vacant in SIMSREE for cap round 2...and yes ,arnd how many...in that case i can take a risk and fill only JB in cap round 1...and desperately hope and pray that i get JB in cap round 2 atleast...

there may be an outside chance.... if u r ready to take a risk... select only JB in CAP I and then if u dont get it select both in CAP II....
if u dont want to take a chance...select both in CAP I.

Hi..i am an oms candidate with AI Rank 30...is thr even the remotest possibility of me getting JBIMS in cap round 2...if yes,then i will fill only jb as my choice in cap round 1....if no,then i will go for both JBIMS and SIMSREE in cap round 1.
