How many lists for minority is put up usually...?

I am worried, i am waiting list of 5th merit -minority for pgdm (mine waiting list no being 3) . The problem is last two lists there are only one or candidates getting replaced. I was hoping of getting selected in 5th merit list on account of cancellations etc... but tht dint happen.... 6th merit list on 18th and college starting on 23rd!!!....Senions n puys, what r the chances??, PLEASE HELP

domicile of parents means both father and mother's domicile? its mentioned in point 12 in guidelines of mms..can you shed some light in it as I have my father's domicile and not my mother's domicile!I am a type A candidate..

Puys today visited SIES nerul to gather information regarding admission procedure. My AIR is 254 and got allotment through AI seat. Infra is good but not really happy with the management of staff officials.
First of all there is no information regarding MMS CAP round mentioned in the SIES Website for MS and AI seats. Only info that they have provided is for minority and institute level seats. Also no where they have mentioned about fee structure for admission through CAP (State + AI). They have mentioned fees structure about minority and institute seats in guidelines on site. But what about other category seats? Are they same?
Then i asked for the format of GAP certificate from official. Was amazed by his reply " check notice board outside". They should provide all info in their site. Had to note down the format from their notice board.
Then the most interesting thing. For admission through MMS CAP for AI and MS seats candidate has to first buy the college form by paying DD of Rs 1200. Nowhere in the site they have mentioned all these details.Does a candidate needs to buy college form in other colleges also??
I am not at all against this. But still confused after visiting college.
Also do we need to pay full fees at a time?. Then how a person can arrange for loan in such short duration. I asked the college regarding this. They said first pay the entire fees and then take loan. Hows this possible :-)
I want to join this college but not getting clear picture about procedure to follow.

SIES MMS V/S DALMIA PGDM

Do you seriously have doubt in this? SIES MMS IS 100% better than dalmia pgdm.First of all, this is a misconception people have that sies is known for marketing and dalmia is known for finance. In fact I advise you to personally go to sies and talk to seniors and faculty by which you will come to know that sies has very good finance faculty too. Sies has professors for finance who are JBIMS pass outs and are CFA s. They are extremely talented and best in the industry. In short Sies finance is as good as Sies marketing. Even dalmia marketing is as good as dalmia finance. And a mms is a masters degree and pgdm is a diploma. Masters is anytime better than a diploma for same level colleges. MMS always have an edge over pgdm incase of Phd, abroad studies etc. Don’t leave Mumbai university degree.

Many people will suggest you not to take sies mms through ILS (they would give reasons like sies takes donation etc )don’t fall in the trap. This is usually said by people so that if you don’t take admission, the next person in the weighting list will get his seat confirmed for mms.

Close your eyes and go for sies mms. I did the biggest mistake by not filling Ils form, my score being 131.even i thought sies would take donation for ils but I was wrong, its purely on merit.
