HR is very good at SIES our dean is also a visiting faculty at NMIMS and has over 25 years of teaching experience....

relax and be calm yes there will be some cancellations and upgradations from waiting to final list and those who dint make it to 1st list dont loose heart there are possibly 2 more lists to come hence theres hope after all

While applyin u need to give a declaration in writin on a plain paper. Upon gettin thro, at the time of admission u need to submit the declaration on a 100rs. stamp paper, notarized!

I made a huge mistake by not submitting my scoresheet for pgdm..
Another mistake, that I did not submit the minority for mms yet.

What are the chances of getting my mistakes rectified?

(Considering that I will be going to SIES and submitting it personally)

Last date for submission of minority form for MMS is 10th July.. So u still have time to rectify that
Send across the mark sheet for PGDM n see if they accept... Btw, have u applied to PGDM with that score? Cos if u ve not I m doubtful abt its acceptance!

You wont get a university degree by completing PGDM.
A University degree can be earned by The Masters in Management Studies (MMS) which is a two-year full time management program affiliated to the University of Mumbai and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The program is conducted under the direction of the University.

I have a few queries regarding the fees and its submission process for MMS course in general. Since I'm not from Maharashtra so I don't have too much of insight into the same. I have a few confusions. It would be very appreciative if somebody (preferably some senior) can help clarify my doubts.
1. How much time will I be given to submit my fees. I would be coming all the way from Odisha to do the same. As per my knowledge I would be having 3 days to report to the institute. That's according to last year dates.

Roughly you will get 1 week for reporting...and I think its enough for students travelling from outside of maharashtra...

2. I want to pursue Edu Loan for the the payment of entire tution fee. Now if I go by last year's notifications for an institute lets say Welingkar's, aspirants were given 3 days again to submit their drafts and arranging around Rs. 2 Lakhs in a short notice is not easy. And on top of that I would be going for Edu Loan, which again would take time to get it sanctioned, and it will require some allotment letter from the Institute itself.

I know these doubts are pre mature but then again I just want to be clear on the financials. Seniors please please please help me clarify the above doubts.

Once you report the institute...you might have to pay 30-40% of fees for confirming your seat...the college gives 1 month grace period for students applying through loan procedure to pay remaining sum
