If u r alloted college from top3, thn it will becme mandatory 4 u to take admissin thr....n u wont b eligible to participate in subsquent rounds.........So y to fill anythng ordinary, y nt among the likes........:)

Dude last yr cutoff wz 122 with the same condtions......bt as PUMBA z alwys in demand so no can predict given so dis margin of safety...I advice u to fill it in option in top 3 always...If u cn wait, u might end up with fruit in ur hand.....ATB
